After a Disciplinary Hearing before the State POST Board, Mr. Regan was able to help a local Sheriff’s Deputy keep his job after the local Sheriff filed termination proceedings against the Deputy.

Mr. Regan was appointed as defense counsel by the Department of Justice to represent a Government supervisor charged with assault. The supervisor’s case was dismissed upon Mr. Regan’s Motion.

Mr. Regan was elected Secretary of the U.S.S. Harry S Truman Foundation, which supports the crew of the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Harry S Truman.
